olive oil + sea salt
This all-natural, unscented soap is commonly known as Castile soap. It's an ancient recipe traditionally consisting of pure olive oil, lye, and ocean water. The salt from ocean water is believed to assist in the hardening of the bar. Instead of ocean water, we add sea salt to distilled water. It's one of the most gentle and purest forms of soap. The slippery, low easy lather makes this bar best for those with the most sensitive of skin. You can even wash your doggie with this soap! It also improves immensly as it ages (similar to wine) so we let it cure for at least 6 months.
Specifications:
olive oil + sea salt is 2.5 inches long, 2.5 inches high and 1 inch thick. Each bar weighs approximately 4.5 oz. and is wrapped with a simple designed cigar band which includes the ingredients on the back. The images are for reference only.

How to care for your soap:
Like any bar of soap, all natural handmade bars last longest when they have an opportunity to dry out in-between uses. Please use a draining soap dish to help prolong the life of your bars. You can purchase a handcrafted wooden one on this site!
Feel free to cut them in half with a non-serated kitchen knife for easier handling as well as the opportunity to switch scents sooner!
